THE LIGHTER EXPERIENCE

Your life doesn't have to get lighter.

 12 weeks. One quieter mind.

Even with things left undone.

I want a quieter mind

Your brain has a full-time job:

Making sure you don't forget anything.

  • the dentist appt. you've been meaning to reschedule for 3 months
  • the email you need to send before Friday
  • the upcoming spirit day for your kid
  • the dog food that's getting low

Then you hear:

"Mom, watch this!"

And after 2 mins, you realize you've been making grunting noises like you agree...but you've actually been in your head mentally adding "milk" to your grocery list & "review pdf" to tomorrows to-do list.

Or maybe you finally sit down at 8:30.

You COULD watch your show.
You could read your book.

Instead, you're side-eyeing your laptop
…then your partner…
wondering if you could squeeze in “just 30 more mins” and cross a few more things off your list before bed.

Not because anything is due.

But because it MIGHT be “the thing” that makes tomorrow easier.

It's exhausting feeling like your brain is "on" from the moment you wake up...until your head finally hits the pillow.

Never feeling like you did "enough" no matter how much you checked off your list.

After a while...

you stop questioning it.

You just assume that this what adulting feels like.

It doesn't need to.

And the best part? You don't need a different job, a different family, or a different personality to experience something different.

Clearing your mental clutter probably looks like:

reading the books & listening to the podcasts
asking for more help & setting boundaries

waking up earlier (to get more done 😉)
having the hard conversations
buying another planner
meditating
going to therapy
booking a retreat

The frustrating part is that none of those things were bad advice.

 Therapy helped you understand yourself.
Boundaries helped you protect your time.
 Meditation helped you slow down.
→ That new planner made you feel organized...even if it only lasted a week.

 But here you are.

Your brain still feels full.

You've spent enough nights hoping tomorrow will
finally be the day it all "clicks" and your brain slows down.

Show me how →

"I felt like I was stuck at a red light that would never turn green. I kept telling myself I 'should be grateful' for the life I have, but I felt like a zombie just moving through my days.

Now I wake up feeling light instead of heavy, and I trust myself enough to say no without guilt."

 Jordan W, Mom of 2

Why none of this has actually made your brain quieter:

None of those things you tried were a waste.

They were just solving a different problem.

Your brain ISN'T full because you haven't found the right organization system.

Or because you need to wake up at 5 a.m.

Or because you haven't read “the right” personal development book.

Your brain is full because it's gotten REALLY good at carrying everything.
So good...that slowing down almost feels irresponsible.

Because:

What if something falls through the cracks?

What if nobody else remembers?

What if tomorrow is harder, because you slowed down today?

No wonder every thought feels urgent & relaxing doesn't actually feel relaxing.

Your brain has been trying to protect you...

It just doesn't know that it doesn't have to work this hard anymore.

And no wonder all of those helpful tools eventually became one more thing to fit on your never-ending “I should do that” list.

Your brain has gotten SO good at staying busy...

...that being "on" all day has started feeling normal.

The good news?

Your brain can learn a new normal, too.

What if this became your normal?

It's Halloween.

You leave work 10 mins early.

Not because your to-do list is finished.

But because you already decided this morning that you were going to make it to your kid's parade.

You get to the school 10 mins BEFORE it starts.

Your kid spots you from across the gym...

...and starts waving like crazy
 because you made it.

You weren't 5 mins late (again) because you got caught finishing something "real quick," hoping they didn't notice.

You're working on the vision for Q4...

...when someone walks in asking if you know how to fix the printer.

Normally, you'd stop what you were doing.

Instead, you smile and say,

"I actually don't know...but here's the phone number for the printer company if you want to give them a call."

Then you go right back to what you were working on.

It's not like you suddenly don't care.

You finally stopped believing every question needed your answer (and energy).

You actually finish the work that only you can do.

At 5pm...

You shut down your laptop,

confidently.

Not because everything is finished.

But because you're finished for today.

You walk into your evening feeling ready to connect ...instead of needing to recover from your day.

You still have work to do tomorrow.

The laundry's still there.

The dentist appointment still needs to be rescheduled.

But it doesn't all feel like it has to happen RIGHT NOW.

The responsibility isn't gone - but the urgency is.

You no longer spend the day doing one thing while simultaneously thinking about something else.

You stop rushing to the next thing.

You don't spend the evening replaying the day...

...or thinking about tomorrow.

You walk into your evening with a quiet mind,

and the full-body feeling that...

"I did enough."

Even with things left undone.

You turn the light off...

...and your brain finally does too.

"Learning to leave work at work has completely changed my relationship with my husband and the way I handle stress."

INTRODUCING:

Lighter

September 28 - December 18

The 12-week experience for women whose brains never stop...

and are ready for a quieter mind.

The goal isn't just feeling calmer.

It's finally having the mental space to be the version of yourself that's been in there all along.

The energized leader.

The passionate partner.

The hands-on mom.

The caring friend.

The woman whose brain isn't always somewhere else.

You deserve to feel what it's like to be her.

So...how does this actually happen?

Everything inside Lighter is designed to help you create more brain space while you're living your real life.

You won't be leaving with a folder full of notes.

You'll be leaving with relief, hope and confidence.

Weekly Coaching Calls

Every week you'll uncover one different reason your brain has been feeling so busy...

...and leave with one less thing weighing on it.

Tiny Weekly Experiments

No worksheets.

No homework sitting untouched in Google Drive.

Just one small experiment that fits into your real life...

...so you start experiencing a difference before our next call.

 Private Community

A place to ask questions.

Celebrate the little wins that happen between calls.

Support each other.

Share how your experiments went in real life.

And be reminded you're not the only woman whose brain feels like this.

After week 12:

This won't be the only 84 days you feel lighter

You'll know exactly how to find your way back to this feeling...long after our last call.

Every experiment & breakthrough becomes more proof that:

  •  You can leave work, with work still left to do
  •  You can hear your kid's whole story without mentally writing tomorrow's grocery list
  •  You can stop treating every thought like it deserves the same level of urgency.

And ironically...

When your brain stops spinning all day long -

Many women actually find they get MORE done.

Not because they're working harder.

But because they're finally spending their energy where it actually matters.

I'm ready for this

Hey there, I'm Sam

For a long time, everything felt heavy and chaotic.

I thought the problem (and solution) was my schedule.

I was raising my son on my own, building a business and trying to keep up with everything else life threw at me.

I wasn't lacking ideas.

I was lacking bandwidth.

Somewhere along the way, I realized something had changed.

I still had the same responsibilities.

I just wasn't carrying them the same way anymore.

I didn't realize just how much changed until one afternoon...

I left my laptop in the car instead of bringing it into the bounce house my parents rented for my son's birthday.

We climbed in together, got completely soaked from the rain, and laughed the whole afternoon.

That was the moment I realized...

I didn't become less ambitious.

I just stopped letting my ambition steal the moments I'd worked so hard to create.

That afternoon stayed with me.

And as I coached more women over the next 13 years, I started noticing the exact same pattern.

Different lives.

CFOs.

Business owners.

Moms.

Leaders.

Women caring for aging parents.

Women navigating chronic illness.

Different responsibilities.

The same heavy feeling.

No matter what brought them to coaching:

confidence, business, relationships or overwhelm...

we always ended up talking about what was taking up space in their brains.

I realized I never actually changed anyone's schedule.

I helped them carry it differently, too.

That's why I created Lighter.

Because I want you to know what it feels like to have a full life

with moments you choose joy over responsibility...

...and still end the day thinking,

"I did enough."

Now she loves the job she was ready to leave, has slow mornings with her son, and ends the workday with energy instead of exhaustion.

– LAURA M, cytologist

"I used to collapse on the couch every night, too drained to do anything except order fast food for dinner & scroll my phone sitting next to my husband.

Now I actually have energy for my relationship and feel ready to be the kind of mom I've always wanted to be."

YOU DON'T NEED A DIFFERENT LIFE

You just need to experience this one differently.

At the end of 12 weeks, you'll:

walk into your evening with a quiet mind...even though there's still work to do tomorrow.

spend your energy on the work only YOU can do.

make decisions faster...
without replaying the other options 47 times afterwards.

spend your 5 free minutes actually resting...
instead of wondering which responsibility deserves them.

trust yourself
to remember tomorrow.

hear "Mom, watch this!" and actually get excited to see what they're going to show you.

have room in your brain for things that make you feel alive again...not just things that keep everyone else's life running.
