I'm A Mom & Entrepreneur
I divorced my husband when my son was 9 months old because I knew I deserved MORE. (The full scoop on that, here.) My kiddo is now 3 and the light of my life. Also the reason I collapse into bed each night.
Since then, I started a podcast called Journal Entries & launched a full blown business to help women journal through their own tough 'seasons.'

+ napping
+ hanging out with my twin sister (who's also my best friend)

I'm a Journal Coach
I started journaling out of necessity -- I had no where to put all of the thoughts in my brain as an overwhelmed new mom.
It grew into my safe space that allowed me to share how I really felt, what I really wanted & even clear steps to achieve it.
