Emotional fatigue can be paralyzing because we're not taught how to listen to it & understand it so that we can work through it vs. pushing it 'under the rug' and HOPE it gets better one day soon.

I'm A Mom & Entrepreneur

I divorced my husband when my son was 9 months old because I knew I deserved MORE. (The full scoop on that, here.My kiddo is now 3 and the light of my life. Also the reason I collapse into bed each night.

Since then, I started a podcast called Journal Entries & launched a full blown business to help women journal through their own tough 'seasons.'

I'm a Journal Coach

I started journaling out of necessity -- I had no where to put all of the thoughts in my brain as an overwhelmed new mom.

It grew into my safe space that allowed me to share how I really felt, what I really wanted & even clear steps to achieve it.
