Prompts Only: Come here to find your new & past prompts.
New ones are posted on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings around 5am. You can journal on the one that I post that day, or sift through and pick one that resonates. Be on the lookout for 
 "Breakthrough themes" like:

  • Breaking free from the All-or-Nothing mindset
  • Breaking free from codependence
  • Breaking free from doom-scrolling & other coping mechanisms

Breakthroughs & Wins: Come here to share any revelations or breakthrough's that you've had from your journal entries. Also share any positive ripple effects that you've noticed from journaling!

Community Chat: Come here for introductions, to reflect on what you journaled on each day, to say good morning and/or connect with the other women.
