5 Minute Journal Prompts for May

The beginning of a new month is a great time to self reflect. One of my pet peeves is when you're in the headspace to finally DIG IN and get a deeper understanding of yourself, make headway on your goals & work through the ISH in your relationships...so you google "journal prompts" and you're met with the MOST BASIC WRITING PROMPTS EVER. Like:

'What are you grateful for today?'
'What makes you laugh?'
'What is a skill you have?'
'Describe a time you were at a pool.'

Sure...those have the opportunity to dig deeper than the surface level, but only if you know how to prompt yourself and ask your brain the right questions. 

All of this prompted me to write my very first blog post...to give you more specific journal prompts where you should FEEL A DIFFERENCE after writing them. Maybe more:

  • clarity
  • inspiration
  • happiness
  • closure
