  1. How is your sleep? Not based on your apps but how do you feel when you wake up in the morning? Are you getting enough sleep?
  2. How is your movement & nutrition? Are you restricting/denying yourself in any area?
  3. Do you have a sense of spirituality; something bigger you believe in?
  4. Do you have space to yourself & allow alone time?
  5. Do you have a community? Friendships?

Journal Prompts to discover areas where you can improve your wholeness:

  1. How are you feeling?
  2. When it comes to your body & mind, what are you proud of?
  3. What areas (if any) have you been denying yourself?
  4. Why has it been important for you to not receive that?
  5. What would happen if you did allow that into your life?
