  • What are 3 moments that I'm grateful for? 
    • What are the specifics of the moment?
    • What was happening? Who was I with?
    • Take a minute for each memory to re-experience it
  • What are 3 things that I want to create in my life?
    • What are the specifics of this thing?
    • What actions am I taking?
    • Take a minute for each experience to feel into it
